Meet Jordan Richards, Owner & barber artist

About Jordan Richards (Jojo Wild) - Owner & Barber at Free Form Barber Studio - Hello, I’m Jordan Richards, also known as Jojo Wild. I’m from Victoria, BC, and I’ve been a barber for nearly 12 years. After graduating from Aveda with a cosmetology diploma, My journey began at Studio 7 Salon where I worked as a stylist specializing in long hair and color service. After gaining valuable experience there, I transitioned to Victory Barber & Brand, where I spent 6 years refining my craft as a short hair specialist. During this time, I honed my skills in classic barbering techniques, which set the foundation for my current approach to cutting and styling. Five years ago, I took a bold step and launched my own business, originally known as Lucky Cat Barber Studio. Since then, I’ve rebranded and relocated to a new space, and I’m thrilled to now welcome you to Free Form Barber Studio in Dragon Alley, just off Fisgard Street in downtown Victoria, within the city limits. At Free Form, I aim to offer more than just a haircut—I provide a unique experience where clients can relax and enjoy a personalized, creative service. My studio is a reflection of my commitment to individuality, artistry, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect place for you to unwind and leave feeling refreshed with a look that’s uniquely yours. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to do what I love every day—helping my clients look and feel their best. My approach blends technical skill with a genuine desire to connect with each client and understand their needs, ensuring a customized experience every time. When I’m not behind the chair, I’m passionate about health and fitness, creating jewelry, dancing at festivals, and escaping the city limits to camp in my van or rooftop tent. I’d love for you to visit Free Form Barber Studio and experience the difference for yourself.

Thank you for being part of this journey—I look forward to helping you express your unique style.
